SYNOPSIS:
When best friends, Ray and Kenneth, drunkenly foil a robbery, Philadelphia becomes abuzz with the antics of these local heroes. Now inspired to protect their city from scum and villainy, the duo take to the streets to brandish their own form of vigilante justice…with hilariously mixed results.
